If you have not done this, please go to the "Member Sign-On" page now, complete the sign-on procedure, return to this page, then complete the steps below: 1. Notice that your current membership options are displayed. Select or deselect any options by clicking on the button or checkbox next to that item. Then click "Continue". 2. Next, enter your credit card details and click the "Process Order" button. A page confirming your order will be displayed. Your membership upgrade is completed!
